It's been a few weeks since I last updated this blog. I've been residing in LA after coming back from Mexico City.
I recently accepted the position of Executive Chef of Comme Ca at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas Resort. It's been hectic, getting ready for the opening in a couple of months. More details to come later...
Oh yeah, if anybody reading this is in LA this Saturday, I'll be representing the restaurant at the American Wine and Food Festival.
